Staff were really helpful and attentive. Location was great. Short walk to main attractions and only 30 mins walk to the Vatican.

For the price (very reasonable) it was very clean and comfortable. The people in charge of hospitality were very nice and helpful.

Areas for improvement:
Difficult to get in and out of multiple doors. Elevator was designed for midgets. No ongoing coffee machine.
