What guests loved:
We really liked the location. was able to walk to most places that we visited. Only took uber to visit the Vatican City. The breakfast was good. Really like the room especially the high ceiling.
Areas for improvement:
the lift wasn't working but understand that they were waiting for parts. It was not a big issue only needed to go up one floor.

What guests loved:
The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great as it was walking distance to a lot of sites, but not in a crowded area. The room was comfortable and cool.
Areas for improvement:
Unfortunately, the elevator broke while we were there, but there was only one floor to walk down.
